GSA Hotel Accessibility

All hotels within the GSA hotel block are ADA compliant. Be sure to request fully accessible rooms when making reservations, these are available on a first come first served basis.

Sheraton Boston Hotel - Primary Headquarter Hotel:

Valet parking for vehicles outfitted for drivers in wheelchairs.

There are (2) single-use restrooms on the 3rd floor across from the Boylston meeting room.

Service animals are permitted in all areas of the hotel. The hotel is also pet friendly, dogs weighing up to 80lbs are welcome to stay for a $150 per visit pet-fee.

Ramp Access

Ramps are available only on the 3rd floor: one leads down to the 3rd floor atrium, and another provides access to the Back Bay Exhibition space. All other floors are fully accessible without the need for ramps.

On-Site Parking is valet only and is available with a daily rate of $75.00.

Service animals are welcome in all areas of the Marriott Boston Copley Place. Please note that pets are not permitted in the hotel.
