GSA 2025 Annual Scientific Meeting will be held in the Hynes Convention Center. All hotels are conveniently located nearby. The Sheraton Boston Hotel and the Boston Marriott Copley Place are GSA's headquarters hotels and will host special events, conference workshops, and affiliate events during the week of the meeting.

GSA-negotiated special rates for our attendees at selected hotels will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. The hotel booking hub will open on March 1. Mark your calendar to secure your spot in Boston.

Hotel Policies:

  • No deposits taken at time of booking.
  • The hotel will charge the first night's room and tax per reservation prior to arrival. Any additional or required fees are charged at check-in.
  • Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one night's room and tax penalty per reservation!

  • Failure to check-in on the scheduled date of arrival will result in the loss of one night's room and tax and the cancellation of the room for the remainder of the stay.
