Be a Part of GSA 2025!

We welcome organizations to host partner events and activities during the conference at GSA 2025. Affiliate meeting space must be coordinated through the GSA meetings department, please use the below form to submit an application to request your space needs.

Application for Affiliate Event

All Affiliate Group meeting space needs at GSA 2025 must be arranged through GSA’s Meetings Department.

Meeting space is only available to individuals or organizations attending the conference.
All affiliate meeting space will be located at our two headquarter hotels.

GSA is not responsible for any financial obligations that result from your function(s) including audio-visual, food & beverage, special room set-up, etc.
